The forms offered by Phoney Excuses can be downloaded to your computer instantly, where they can be saved and edited for use later. The templates do require you to have a working software program capable of opening zip files and viewing and editing .doc files (Microsoft Works as an example). There are no credits or refunds given, because you downloaded the files without the necessary software.
After you pick out an item and add it your cart, you will go through the standard check out options.
All of our items are available for download, for 48 hours, once purchased. After 48 hours, items will need to be downloaded again. It is important that you save files to your own PC. If you have registered an account online, you can log back into your account with your user name and password, and access your purchased files within your 48 hour period. If you choose to register as a guest, you may not log back in, and it's important that you save your files before exiting.
