What is PhoneyExcuses.com?
We provide realistic-looking phony absence excuse forms such as fake dr notes, fake funeral notice, and more! You simply buy a form and fill it out with your own details (name, excuse, etc).
How did Phoney Excuses gather these forms?
We have spent years collecting real excuse letters and urgent notices, and then formatted them, so that the could be individually changed by each of our customers, allowing them to put their own information on each purchased excuse.
What languages are they available in?
English only. We do not currently offer our forms in any other languages but are currently in the process of changing this.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit & debit cards, as long as display a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover logo. In order to keep our cost down, we no longer accept money orders or checks. Sorry. All payments must be made with a valid credit card. if you do not have a credit card, consider a pre-paid crdit card that you can get at any check cashing place. We also no longer accept PayPal. PayPal will not accept payments for novelty goods, and has canceled the accounts of members who purchased such items. Be careful of any website that sells novelty goods and accepts PayPal. They are probably a fraud.
Will I need help downloading and using the forms?
You shouldn't. We offer a simple step-by-step download guide to walk you through the process of buying the form, paying for it, and downloading the files you need.
Do I need any special software to see or open up the form?
Yes, you will need a valid and working version of Microsoft Word or Microsoft Works, to open up your new letter, make changes, and print one out. We ask that you check and re-check that your current version of Microsoft Word or Microsoft Works is active and running!
If I forgot to download my files, what can I do?
You have up to 48 hours, after you purchase your forms, to download as many times as you want. After 48 hours, it locks up and you must by the same form again at full price. If you need to access your form, at any time, simply log into your account using your user name and password and you will see a list of products that you previous purchase with access rights to download again.
NOTE: If you buy the item online and check out as a guest... meaning that you do not with to create a FREE account with PhoneyExcuses.com, for whatever reason, you will not be assigned a user name and password, and therefore can never access your forms again.
Do I need to pay EXTRA for shipping?
No. There are no shipping fees at all! All of our products can be downloaded by you - the customer - immediately after being purchased online! There is no shipping! No waiting! If you purchased a file recently and did not get an opportunity to download it, simply log back into your account (user name and password), click on your list of orders, and the download link to your files should still be active if it's been less than 48 hours! Phoney Excuses gives all customers 48 hours to access purchased files.
Why do some sites charge less for the same services?
You get what you pay for. We have spent countless hours researching and gathering up actual forms to add to our site. In fact, we are the only company who has had forms, tried, tested, and proven to work by a major news outlet. Everybody else is just smoke & mirrors, but Phoeny Excuses is the ONLY site to be challenged and come up strong!
Is this legal? Can anybody use? What is it used for?
It is 100% legal to download and own a phony excuse of any kind. Now, the actions you decide to take with your form, may or may not be legal. Phoney Excuses bares no responsibility for the actions you take with our products and services. We also are not here to provide legal advice and recommend that you speak with the appropriate officials, if you have reason to be concerned about any sort of action you intend to take with products or services purchased from our company and/or website.
Can I see a sample of the product I'm about to buy, before I pay for it?
The forms themselves contain private information, which we cannot released to unauthorized parities. By placing an order online and agreeing & accepting our terms, it grants us access to provide you with your requested document.
Is the form GUARANTEED to trick everybody?
It's impossible to answer such a question... Consider it like this, if you bought a fake Rolex watch and walked around town, would everybody believe it was real? If you dressed in a nice suit with shiny shoes, they might. If you looked broke and penniless, probably not. A fake excuse can only work well, when it's being presented well.
Because the information you supply on the form, is documented entirely by you, and how you present the form itself, is also in your hands, it is impossible for Phoney Excuses to guarantee or promise you results of any kind or make any guarantees that it will or will not trick everybody you present it to.
BUT REMEMBER --- all of our forms can be downloaded and adjusted by you. You put the name you want, the story you want, the seals you want! This means that you can have complete control of your excuse.
If I don't like it, is there a Money Back Guarantee?
We offer no refunds. Please understand this when you buy our items. Under no circumstances will we grant refunds -- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Why do we do this? Because this is a downloaded product. Once you download it, you own it life. We are unable to take it back. This isn't like a TV set that we can sell to another family, if you decide it isn't for you.
All sales (under every circumstance) are 100% final with no refunds. Don't even ask for one, it because it will not be granted. Our website is very clear about our forms and what we are selling and by purchasing items from us, you understand what you're buying and agree not to request your money back.
I don't buy a lot online. I don't have an email, etc.
We understand that phoney excuses, aren't the sort of thing you can buy down the street at your local Wal-Mart. We are a very special company!! At the same time, placing an order online - with our site - is very simple. It helps to have an email too, but it isn't necessary. We use emails to send you a copy of your receipt (that's it). We advise you to create a free email at either Hotmail or GMail. If you still do not wish to do so... that's fine. Simply put in the following email when it asks you for one: xxx@xxx.com. This will confuse the system into thinking it's your email and allowing you to go through the remainder of the buying process. Please be sure to write down your user name and password, since the system will be unable to send you a password reminder via email.
